Leather working has had me curious for a long, long time. Recently, a dear friend got me the tools needed, as a birthday gift, to start learning, and crafting with leather. I love leather. I love the smell of it, the textures, and the colors. There’s something about leather that appeals to me a lot. One could even testify that I’ve a leather fetish of sorts.
Leather Wallet Crafting Project:
The first ever leather crafting project begins tomorrow. I’ve been wanting to change my wallet for sometime now. So it was a no brainer to create one for myself this time around, in stead of buying one. Which, ultimately, has led to this post.
I’ve a certain idea of what I want in a wallet. Primarily, it should be as minimalistic as possible. At the same time it should allow me to store my cards, business cards, my driving license, cash, and some coins. Keeping that in mind, my search for some inspiration for coming up with a good leather wallet design of my own, began.
