“As we grow up, we have this natural tendency of becoming filters of sorts. Allowing only so much of everything within; as much of it that we can carry forward. Our skins, they start holding back the things we don’t want to hear or accept or are simply denying access to. Our eyes suddenly becoming week in the light of the things we realize. Our tongues suddenly disappearing, amongst the swell of the waves. Our sensibilities, they suddenly shoot out of us, and come to light. Our meekness suddenly feels colder, and heavier. Our blindness only responds, and lets the light in when we want to hunt. We undergo denial, and if we are the lucky sorts, then we undergo the stage of acceptance; finally our feet arriving on the door steps of change. “ -
